BDG Account and Transaction Support

BDG Today cannot access accounts or investigate wallet records. For login, registration, deposit, withdrawal, game result, gift-code or verification issues, use the Help, Support or Service section inside the logged-in external account whenever available.

Prepare the masked member ID, exact date and time, transaction or period reference, current status and redacted screenshot. Keep the password, OTP, UPI PIN, CVV and full bank credentials private.

When the Account Cannot Be Opened

Use the normal Forgot Password or account-recovery option on the known login screen. If a formal support route is available before login, verify the domain carefully before providing ownership details.

Do not trust a phone number or messaging account merely because it uses the BDG logo. Refuse paid recovery, unlock fees, OTP requests and screen-sharing sessions.

BDG Today does not accept account credentials or transaction documents through a public contact form. For account-specific help, use the authenticated support route available inside the current account interface and keep passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs and full bank details private.

Emergency and Fraud Matters

For an unauthorised bank or UPI transaction, secure the payment account and contact the bank or payment provider immediately. Preserve receipts, messages, receiving details and timestamps.

Where appropriate, use recognised local cybercrime, consumer or law-enforcement channels. Do not continue sending money in an attempt to recover an earlier transfer.
